On the other hand, we have wide experience in dealing with corporate conflicts. This is an area where we achieved new case law from the Mendoza province courts in such subjects as corporate intervention, challenging of corporate meetings and employment of self-satisfactory measures.

Moreover, we have played and we are currently playing a major role in one of the biggest and more complex Chapter 11 processes held in Argentina.
